Selling Your Property
CRB Group can assist all types of property disposition including private, institutional, and owner occupied property. There are several key factors in getting a property sold in a timely manner. To start, it is critical to understand the market place and pricing your property. An overpriced property is only going to languish on the market. Another important factor in getting it sold quickly is having a fully occupied property, with long leases. Then there is an attractive cap rate. If you are a seasoned investor/owner then you already know the importance of cap rate to many investors. And, if your not quite sure what cap rates are, then you should visit out investors 101 page to better understand. There are also many things you can do to help. Like, be sure the property is in extra clean, paint and repair where there is obvious need, remove all clutter and personal items, in short, make the property as appealing as possible. Many properties on the market are new or newly new. If yours is an older property then it is all the more important to show it in the best light possible.
